Diclofenac is a non-steroidal antiinflammatory drug (NSAID) and Paracetamol is an antipyretic (fever reducer). They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and fever. Magnesium Trisilicate is an inorganic salt that reduces the amount of acid in the stomach and prevents damage to the stomach lining caused by Diclofenac.Diclofenac+Magnesium Trisilicate+Paracetamol is used for pain relief.

Diclofenac + Magnesium Trisilicate + Paracetamol is a combination of three medicines: Diclofenac, Magnesium Trisilicate, and Paracetamol which relieve pain. Directions for Use

• Diclofenac + Fenpiverinium + Pitofenone is used to treat various painful conditions.
• It should be taken with, or straight after, a meal or snack. This helps to reduce the risk of stomach upset.
• Stick to simple meals and avoid spicy rich food in order to avoid feeling sick (nausea).
• Drink plenty of water while taking Diclofenac + Fenpiverinium + Pitofenone.
• If you have asthma, symptoms such as wheezing or breathlessness might become worse with Diclofenac + Fenpiverinium + Pitofenone. If this happens to you, consult your doctor immediately.
